As you may already know, antioxidants are very important for our body. How wonderful to have the answers and the encouragement I needed right in a book beside me. I have done 2 cleanses this year. The first for 21 days in Jan and the second for 40 days recently. So far I have lost over 60 lbs. I am planning another cleanse at the first of the month. I feel healthy and viberant with tons of energy coursing thru my body while cleansing. I owe all of this well being to Peter Glickman. He has provided all the information I needed in his book to turn my health around. If I can do it , you can too. Be well.

This is not a diet book – it is a life changing book! The perks are of course losing weight and eliminating waste, but it is so much more than that. It digs deeper into our mind and body. I purchased this book about 2 months ago and completed the 10-day Master Cleanse after reading it. You start to see the your true relationship with food and what you’ve been feeding yourself in the years prior. What an epiphany!! I have been vegetarian for 10 years, with the exception of fish and milk, so I thought I was already fairly health, especially considering my frequent exercise
